Hi There Gang!  Here’s hoping all of you are having a GREAT day, doing those things that YOU want to do and enjoying life!  As for me, I’m sitting here tapping away on a keyboard that I just don’t understand why the keys are laid out the way they are…arrrgghhh!  But seriously, I wanted to share a quick video with you about a chin up bar or pull up bar that I believe is a great alternative solution for those of us with limited space and not a full workout room to have all of those nice goodies in.
